TVXQ "This lawsuit must end quickly"
TVXQ's Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun says they're "upset" in connection with this lawsuit.
TVXQ being represented by their law firm, stated this during the first hearing last August 21st at 10:20 in the morning with which they later met with reporters and stated that "the members of TVXQ are very upset" they said. And that "We're hoping to end this case in a good way" they added.
The three members applied a suit claiming for the invalidity of their exclusive contracts and the revenue distribution. On the other hand, SME said they have communicated the contracts properly to the five members before and that settling the contract was done properly.
The hearing of the case went for 1 hour and 20 minutes and said that all needed evidences/data should be handed in by September 12.

[NEWS] DBSK Hero, Micky and Xiah’s official stand about their discord with SM
Idol group Dong Bang Shin Ki’s members Micky YooChun, Hero JaeJoong and Xiah JunSu finally revealed their stand about their problems with SM Entertainment.
Their representative revealed through news media on 3rd August, “The 5 years period after they debuted, the 3 of them felt that their minds and their bodies are tired having to follow the tight schedule that the company put up unilaterally.”
They continued, “Kim JunSu, Kim JaeJoong and Park YooChun have been following SM’s instruments from beginning of 2004 till now, going back and forth promoting in Korea, Japan, China etc, and in a year except for 1 week they get only 3-4 hours of sleep a day to do our schedule.”
Also, “In the process the health of the 3 members are very much deteriorated, they are also suffering from mental fatigue, and as time went SM continue to established on their own decision for Dong Bang Shin Ki to advance into other countries. In the end the 3 members felt that as compared to be fulfilling their dreams to be singers, they are used more as a tool by the compared to earn profits, and they wish to use each of the members to also go into other entertainers’ activities.”
The 3 members’ representative also added, “It is a 13 years contract but in reality it is a lifetime contract. With the exclusive rights clause in the contract, the 13 years also include the time the members are serving their military service, hence it will go for more than 15 years. And now it has not even been near to 10 years since the group’s debut, hence it seems like the contract will last until the members’ retirement from the entertainment zone. The penalty for retracting the exclusive right clause is 3 times the investment cost and 2 times the lost in earnings. They also asked about the penalty of cancelling the whole contract but it will involve several hundred billions KRW of penalty, hence in reality there is no way out but to be tied down to SM because of the contract.”
Also, “The members did not receive the right treatment even from SM. Without getting any contract fees, the initial contract was that if their album sells more than 500K copies, each member will get about 10 million KRW during the next album release. If they sell less than 500K copies of album, they will get nothing.”
The 3 members had went down to Seoul Central District Court to file for a retractile of their exclusive belonging rights with SM Entertainment on 31st July, causing an outrage of speculations about the group’s disbanding and also problems between the members and SM.

1. 5 years after their debut, the three members are physically and emotionally fatigued from the company’s one-sided orders.
-Kim Junsu, Kim Jaejoong, and Park Yoochun debuted as DBSK members in 2004. Since then, they have followed SM’s orders to go from Korea, Japan, to China. With the exception of 1 week for year, they were only able to get 3-4 hours of sleep and had to go through schedules. During this period, the health of the three members deteriorated and they were mentally fatigued. However, SM pushed DBSK into foreign markets which resulted in excess performance plans. In result, the three members felt that they would not be able to achieve their dreams in SM and would be just tools for the company’s profit. They wished to participate in entertainment activities according to their individual visions.
2. In reality, 13 years of contract meant a contract for life.
-According to the contract, the period of the contract was 13 years, but when including military service, would exceed over 15 years. This meant that there was still 10 years to go with the current contract and in reality, meant until retirement. In the instance that the contract would be breached, the penalty would be to pay 3 times the total investment, 2 times the lost earnings. Even in the case that the contract is canceled when agreed by both parties, the members were required to pay penalty. Therefore, due to the millions of wons required by the contract upon cancellation, contract cancellation was realistically impossible and the members had no choice but to remain in SM
3. The members did not receive adequate treatment from SM for their efforts.
-Despite all this, during the duration of their contract, they did not receive adequate treatment from SM. They did not receive any earnest money from the contract, and according to the initial contract for album profit allotment clause, only when an album sold 500,000 copies, could they get $10,000 per member for the next album, and when albums sold less than 500,000 copies, the members could not receive any earnings. This clause was revised in 2009, February 6th, but even after the revision, earnings that each member would receive for the album sales were 0.4%-1% depending on the album sales.
4. The members requested for corrections to the unreasonable contract, but SM did not listen to the member’s opinions.
-In this situation, the three members pointed out the unreasonable parts in the contract and asked multiple times to be freed from the contract’s boundary and work according to their visions but in response to the current situation, SM discussed issues dealing with their investments in the makeup company, not responding to the true nature of the problem. Despite all this, the three members wanted to find a way to deal with the situation and requested for a conference where both parties could find a solution but SM did not respond. During this process, by the attitudes shown by SM, the three members realized that there was no point in hoping for a settlement and resorted to the court of justice to execute a solution for the problems.
5. The investment in makeup company does not have any relation to entertainment activities and does not have any relation to the applied provisional disposition. The nature of this incident is the contract.
-SM stated that the disposition was submitted due to the investment but the members’ investments in the makeup company do not have anything to do with the provisional disposition. The makeup company SM discussed planned to export to China, and the three members invested as stockholders, having no relation with their entertainment activities. Just by common sense, it does not make sense that the members would give up all their efforts and results as DBSK in order to invest $100,000 to the company. The core of the problems presented by the members is contract injustice, and SM’s attempts to blur the true problems by bring up the investments must stop now.
6. The members do not want DBSK to break up and just hope to free themselves from contract restraints.
-May fans are worried that the disposition would result in DBSK’s break up. However, this disposition was not intended for DBSK to end. Right now, due to differences in how the members wish to overcome problems, only 3 members have participated in the lawsuit. However, there is no problems within the members and they all have the same wishes to keep their promises with their fans to always remain as one. After this incident, if contract injustice is corrected and the members are given conditions to freely perform their music, they feel that everyone can be one and can stand in front of fans as one.
7. We will take this as an opportunity to mature.
-The members realize how much DBSK fans must be surprised and be disappointed about this incident and are distressed and sorry. If the fans could think of this as a jump to bigger dreams and continue to cheer, the members promise to respond to the fans as better musicians.

1. 데뷔 후 5년간 세 멤버는 회사가 일방적으로 수립하여 진행한 일정으로 인하여 몸과 마음이 너무나 지쳤습니다.
김준수, 김재중, 박유천은 그룹 동방신기의 멤버로 2004년 초 데뷔 이후 지금까지 SM의 지시에 따라 한국, 일본, 중국을 넘나들며 1년에 일주일을 제외하고 하루 3-4시간 정도의 수면 시간 밖에 가지지 못하고 스케줄을 소화하였습니다. 그 과정에서 세 사람은 건강은 크게 악화되고 정신적 피로감 역시 극에 달하였으나, SM은 동방신기의 해외 진출을 시도하면서 갈수록 더욱 무리한 활동 계획을 일방적으로 수립하였습니다. 결국 위 세 사람은 더 이상 SM에서는 아티스트로서의 꿈을 이루기보다는 회사의 수익 창출을 위한 도구로 소모되고 말 것이라고 판단하였고, 각자의 비전에 따른 연예 활동을 할 수 있기를 바라게 되었습니다.
2. 13년이라는 전속 계약 기간은 사실상 종신 계약을 의미했습니다.
그러나 전속 계약에 의하면, 계약 기간이 무려 13년에 이르고 군 복무 기간을 포함할 경우 15년 이상으로 아직까지도 10년 가까운 시간이 남아 사실상 연예계를 은퇴할 때까지를 의미하였고, 전속 계약을 해제할 경우 총 투자금의 3배, 일실 수익의 2배에 해당하는 위약금을 부담하는데다 합의로 계약을 해제할 경우에도 위약금을 물어야 하도록 되어 있어, 수천억 원에 달할 수 있는 위약금 조항으로 계약 해제도 사실상 불가능하였으므로 어쩔 수 없이 SM에 속박될 수 밖에 없었습니다.
3. 멤버들은 SM으로부터 노력에 합당한 대우를 받지도 못하였습니다.
그렇다고 하여 멤버들이 계약 기간 동안 SM으로부터 합당한 대우를 받은 것도 아니었습니다. 계약금이 없음은 물론, 전속 계약상 음반 수익의 분배 조항을 보면, 최초 계약에서는 단일 앨범이 50만장 이상 판매될 경우에만 그 다음 앨범 발매시 멤버 1인당 1,000만원을 받을 수 있을 뿐이고, 50만장 이하로 판매될 경우 단 한 푼도 수익을 배분받지 못하게 되어 있었습니다. 이 조항은 2009. 2. 6. 에 이르러서야 개정되었는데, 개정 후에도 멤버들이 앨범 판매로 분배받는 수익금은 앨범판매량에 따라 1인당 0.4%~1%에 불과합니다.
4. 멤버들은 부당한 계약의 시정을 수 차례 요구하였으나, SM은 멤버들의 의견에 귀를 기울이지 않았습니다.
이러한 상황에서 세 사람은 SM에 전속 계약의 부당성을 지적하고 전속 계약의 효력에서 벗어나 각자의 비전에 따른 활동을 하게 해 줄 것을 수 차례 요청하였으나, SM은 이번 일과는 아무런 상관이 없는 화장품 사업 투자를 거론하며 본질을 흐리기만 할 뿐이었습니다. 그럼에도 세 사람은 최대한 원만히 모두가 상생할 수 있는 길을 모색하고자 최종적으로 양측이 만나 대화를 통해 가장 원만한 사태의 해결책을 찾을 수 있도록 협의의 장을 마련하여 줄 것까지 요청하였으나 SM은 이조차 응하지 아니한바, 이에 이르는 일련의 과정에서 SM이 보여준 태도는 더 이상 대화를 통한 해결에 대한 희망을 가지는 것이 무의미하다는 것을 깨닫게 하였기에 결국 세 사람은 법원에 이 문제의 해결을 호소하기에 이르렀습니다.
5. 화장품 사업 투자는 연예활동과는 무관한 재무적 투자로서 이번 가처분 신청과는 아무런 관계가 없으며, 이 사건의 본질은 전속 계약의 부당성입니다.
한편 SM에서는 멤버들이 화장품 사업 투자로 인해 이번 가처분 신청을 하였다는 공식 입장을 표명하였지만, 멤버들이 화장품 사업에 투자한 것은 이번 가처분 신청은 전혀 관계가 없습니다. SM이 거론하는 화장품 사업은 중국에 진출하는 화장품 판매 회사에 세 사람이 주주로 투자한 건으로, 연예활동과는 전혀 무관한 재무적 투자일 뿐입니다. 상식적으로 생각해보더라도, 중국에 진출하려고 하는 화장품 회사에 1억 원 정도의 금액을 투자한 것 때문에 그 동안 동방신기로서 일군 모든 성과를 포기하여야 할 수도 있는 이번 일을 감행하였다는 것은 누구도 납득할 수 없을 것입니다. 멤버들이 제기하는 문제의 핵심은 전속 계약의 부당성이며, SM은 계약과 아무런 상관이 없는 화장품 사업을 거론하여 문제의 본질을 흐리려는 시도를 즉시 중단하여야 할 것입니다.
6. 멤버들은 결코 동방신기의 해체를 원하지 않으며 부당한 계약의 속박으로부터 벗어나고자 할 뿐입니다.
많은 팬 여러분께서 이번 가처분 신청으로 동방신기의 해체를 우려하고 계신 것으로 알고 있습니다. 그러나 이번 가처분 신청은 절대로 동방신기의 해체를 전제로 하는 것이 아닙니다. 지금은 비록 문제 해결 방식에 대한 견해 차이로 세 사람만이 소송에 참여하고 있지만, 멤버들 사이에는 아무런 문제가 없으며 언제까지나 하나이겠다는 팬들과의 약속을 지키고자 하는 멤버들의 마음은 모두가 한결같습니다. 이번 일로 계약의 부당성이 시정되고 마음껏 우리의 음악을 할 수 있는 여건이 마련된다면, 모두가 하나되어 팬 여러분들 앞에 설 수 있을 것이라 믿고 용기를 내게 된 것입니다.

3 of 5 members of popular group TVXQ, Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yoochun who recently are having discord with their assigned company, SM Entertainment — through their legal representative from SEJONG law firm said that after the meeting on August 2nd, they will finally reveal the official position on the 3rd.
The law firm SEJONG on the 2nd to Star News said, “Today (August 2nd) in the evening, lawyer of the company and several officials involved will have a meeting.”
“and tomorrow (August 3rd) through press conference, we’ll hold an official press release regarding this matter.”
About the statement they made related to press release on August 1st (T/N: I guess the statement from phone call interview saying that so far they have no plan to hold presscon), “Originally, we didn’t make plan to reveal anything yet since we want the case to be done in steps. However, as there are so many misinformation about the truth fact being rolled up, therefore we decided to hold an official press release.”
Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yoochun represented by SEJONG on July 31st submitted an injuction application at Seoul Central District Court to remove the exclusive clause effect in their contract against SM Entertainment. In addition, to verify information related to income, a preservation of evidence application have been an additional submission as well.

It has been released that YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu, members of boy band 'TVXQ', have filed a preservation of evidence request form along with their lawsuit against SM Entertainment.
The Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Provisional Disposition Request Form that was filed against their current entertainment agency, SM Entertainment, was followed by a lot of attention towards the uncertain future of TVXQ and many people were curious as to why they also filed for a preservation of evidence request.
Through the law firm Sejong, the three members YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu filed for the preservation of evidence request. This can be seen as an act of gathering evidence in the case that it is found that SM has not been faithful to keeping the contract of TVXQ in accordance with the law.
This conclusion can be made because when one is faced with a preservation of evidence request form, they must hand in all account books, contracts, receipts, transfer slips and all other documents related to the parties in question.

However, Lawyer Lim Sang Hyuk from law firm Sejong, who is representing the three members in this case, stated in reference to SM's official statement that, "The cosmetic company, which may have caused some disagreements amongst TVXQ in an emotional point of view, was not the reason TVXQ filed the lawsuit. Popular idol group TVXQ's members Youngwoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, and Xiah Junsu have filed for a preservation of evidence request to check their exact income in the midst of the Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Provisional Disposition Request Form they filed against SM Entertainment.
Lawyer Lim Sang Hyuk of Sejong Law Firm, who is in representing YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu in this case, had a phone conversation with Money Today Star News on the 1st and said, "In order to know of TVXQ's exact income, we have filed for a preservation of evidence request along with the Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Provisional Disposition Request Form."
Lawyer Lim said they filed the preservation of evidence request form because, "The members have never been told by their entertainment agency of the exact amount of the income TVXQ earn," and "Usually in the case of a dispute between an exclusive contract, the people who are filing the lawsuit present a sum of money they wish to receive as compensation after going through the contract. However, the members do not, and have never known the exact amount of their income and that is why we have filed this preservation of evidence request form."
The three members filed an Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Provisional Disposition Request Form against SM Entertainment through the law firm on July 31st. However, the group's leader U-Know Yunho and the youngest member Choikang Changmin did not participate in this lawsuit.

One of Asia’s biggest group Dong Bang Shin Ki, has 3 of its members in a possible lawsuit against their own company SM Entertainment.
Dong Bang Shin Ki members Xiah JunSu, Micky YooChun and Hero JaeJoong had gone to Seoul Central District Court to hand in an application for provisional disposition to terminate all effects of their exclusive belonging rights contract with SM on 31st July.

After they released their official stand about the contract exclusive right clause retractile application, SM Entertainment’s representative added about rumours to the band’s disbandment, “On SM’s side, we still have much love for Dong Bang Shin Ki. We do not want them to disband. Let’s resolve this peacefully seeing the long time we have worked together since their debut till now.”

SM Entertainment has released their official stand on the case.
They said on 1st August morning, “It is true that Xiah, Hero and Micky made the application for provisional disposition to terminate the exclusive rights effects from their contract on 31st July at the district court. With that the company is very taken back by the action, we are trying to get confirm all the truth from them currently. “
They continued, “But as a representative group to the country and to Asia, our stand is that activities for Dong Bang Shin Ki have to continue even with this disposition application. And about the problems arising from the discussion to do a cosmetic enterprise, we plan to talk over them and sort out the problems as soon as possible.”
It has been know that members YunHo and ChangMin has decided not to take part in this lawsuit. Both of them are currently preparing for their drama debut this September and year-end.

One of the Korean new media No Cut News has known through phone call from SM that SM said, “We are aware that some of the (DBSK) members have some disagreements with the company, but we do not know that they have sparked a lawsuit with the company. The director board of the company is currently having an urgent meeting in an undisclosed place in Seoul to discuss about their countermeasures.
They also added, “We will have our official stand asap”.

What will happen to the 3 members’ activities scheduled for Dong Bang Shin Ki? there is the upcoming SMTown Live 09 on 16th August. It seems that the members may not be appearing for the concert with their lawsuit with the company.
Especially with all the rumors lately about ‘disbanding of Dong Bang Shin Ki’. To add on, one of the 3 members’ parents have also established their won entertainment company in China.
Fans are also very taken back by this incident. Many have voiced their disbeliefs on various discussion forums.

It has been known that their reasons for doing so is that the contract with SM Entertainment has many irrelevant conditions attached. It is also known that the content to the contract the 3 members cannot agree to includes having them belonging exclusively to SM Entertainment for 13 years and also unhappiness over profit allocation.
The lawyer responsible for this case said, “We are currently preparing for a lawsuit against SM for this contract. (About the reasons to why) We cannot reveal the details now.”
There has also been saying that the 3 members have differing views to SM on their upcoming ‘Dong Bang Shin Ki cosmetic enterprise expansion’.
Currently out of the 3 members, JunSu is already doing a cosmetic business with his parents. It is said that there were plans for the company to operate a cosmetic business, with sheep placenta as the main ingredient, using the group’s name as the brand name in Seoul GangNam and GyeongGiDo IlSan. It is said that there were also plans for the business to be launched in China bringing in hundreds millions KRW in profit.
But it has been said that the 2 sides are having some differing views and also complications arose through their discussion on how the product and brand will go.

They kicked off the concert with Secret Code, one of my fav songs from the album. FORCE has awesome choreography which makes the performance so attractive; each beat is synchronized with fast paced moves and I think the song is made to be performed live.
Jae, what can I say, you’re a God sent literally. Each time my borrowed binoculars focused on you I literally had to remind myself that I should be focusing on Yunho instead, but you are just oh so attractive in real life and every year I see you that fact remains the same. Your perfect vocal skills that hits every pitch with such flawless & ease, each smiles you dazed us with your twinkling eyes, omg I think I just fell in love right there.
Yunho, if you can just loosen up the ‘I’m cool’ attitude that’d be great thanks *thumbs up* but your charisma never failed to amaze me. You own the arena, you lead the boys and you’re one heck of an amazing guy even if not the friendliest one xD and you purposely wanted to make me jealous during Checkmate right? It wasn’t that fun seeing you in flesh dancing hip to hip with a girl T_T He’s so sexy AND tanned, bows a lot to the audience, a very respectful guy.
Jae flipped his hair sexily at least 10 times (yes I counted) and I died a little each time he did it. The man has such a shining aura you can’t help but to keep your eyes on him, it also helps that he’s in the middle of spotlight most of the time. I personally am so glad to see that this year instead of Su, Jae was given more adlib during the end of TAXI & Begin and he ended both songs in such beautiful harmony. Jae’s stage presence is perfect both in looks and vocal department (his dance wasn’t so bad either but I focus on Yunho for that)
Yunjae was standing next to each other most of the songs, and when combined their physical appeal is greater than the sun. Su despite his awesome vocals tends to be in his own world when he is singing.
During Bolero everything felt perfect. The outstanding vocal, hitting high notes with such raw emotions and expressions on the boys’ faces. I saw Yunho’s face looked like he wanted to cry. The stage timing and effect was right there on spot, and the additional orchestra strings during the climax only increased the intensity of the song. When the spotlight hits them again in the end they were already gone and I wasn’t ready. Please don’t go boys T_T
Their incredible harmonization can be felt during Begin, in which Chun played the piano. The arrangement is nicely done, with single instrument hitting at first and bass following in the second verse after the chorus. Heart Mind & Soul was soulfully sang as well, the classic beautiful song was too good to be missed.
Dome is mostly used for baseball matches so the sound wasn’t the best, i prefer last year’s Saitama in terms of sound quality. After forever of waiting 3 hours of concert felt like 3 minutes T-T legs felt numb but at that moment I forgot every problem I ever had, every negative emotion simply disappeared, and I think I’m glad to have found my happy place at their concert venues =__=
The energy, the atmosphere, the positive vibes the boys each radiate to the audiences make their concert worthwhile every single time despite the amount of money, energy & time spent for each trip. And because let’s face it, there won’t be another band like them that has the amazing vocals, dance ability, charisma & teamwork as such in the next 10 years.
5th July Finale I was very lucky indeed to sit front rows this time, 5th row on the left stage exactly. This felt more like a concert, where I can see them in flesh at almost every performance (except when they go on extended stage) and specifically see each member upclose when they came over to our side. I forgot which song specifically but once Su came over to our side and did all these sexy hip dance, it was so sexy I squealed right in front of him. When Su smiled to us during ‘We Are’ I can somehow feel his positive aura radiating. The guy is so adorable in many ways.
Yunho’s vocal that day was more nasal which might have made his vocal better than first day but his voice is sometimes drowned in the background . Chun on the other hand got more hoarser, and I’m sorry to say this but Min’s vocal is a bit too loud sometimes, same goes with Su. The only flawless intonation is Jae’s and I tried to not be biased when I say this as I specifically pay attention to their vocals during the concert. Afterall it is one of their fortes and why they stood out from other musicians.
When Jae came over to the side, he was sort of shy and covered his mouth for a bit and smiled behind it. During ‘We Are’ in which I could literally see sweats dropping off their face in such sensual ways, Jae put both his arms on the rail of the moving block and threw us his persona by smiling brightly, cheerfully in ways I can’t describe because his smile is just so beautiful in real life, pictures doesn’t do him justice at all. This was the same impression I had 2 years ago in Malaysia.
Yunho looked all bony when I saw him upclose, what high level of stress he must’ve had. I feel like hugging him so bad, he has such poker face most of the time it is almost impossible to tell his real emotions sometimes but from what I know the guy is a little boy at heart <3>
Why is Jae such a sweetheart again? Because during Stand by U where we raised our blue lightsticks he not only thanked us once but twice in such a sweet way where no other members did it.
‘Arigatou ne’ and ‘Puresento wo arigatou’ I can still remember the sincerity and sweet goodness of his heavenly voice where he thanked us gracefully before and after the performance. I was so awed looking at the whole dome from arena where blue lightsticks rose gracefully from side to side and made a breathtaking sight.
During Mirotic they had a special shadow animated screen in which the follow in synchronization, the black & white concept choreography was amazing especially in the middle where they disappeared and came back with a different outfit, I was literally impressed with this performance.
One of my favourite song わすれないで was so beautifully sang I teared up a little. Jae being the composer brings most of the impact into the song and he sang it with such pain and soulfully, the same way he sings for every other songs.
Yunho & Junsu’s solo left a deep impression on me, they both delivered such charisma, with dances to die for and showed their unique individual appeal. Su can be sooo sexy even with such a cute face, in which I forgot to mention on the first day he
kinda failed to take off his clothes during Xiahtic, I was laughing through my binoculars. But he pulled it off on the second day and the performance was ‘checkmate’.
After Min’s Wild Soul solo performance in which he did a great job together with awesome stage effects including both fires and fireworks I had to cover my ears a little. His vocal is impressive just a tad loud, and I saw fans around me doing the same too. Maybe it was the sound system.
My opinion changed of Survivor where they brought the song into life with better choreography, specifically during the beginning where Su leads them and brought audience’s spirits high with the beat intensity through sound system.
Kiss The Baby Sky is a joyful song and it remained so in the concert. Yunho in particular looked so happy towards the end of the song and smiled so brightly after what seems like the whole concert he looked serious and a bit angsty. Another joyful songs that made us very high was Sky and Summer Dream where the high and happy atmosphere got me jumping on the spot even though my toes was literally curling from tilting the whole time.
During encore Love in the Ice where they did ‘ah’ ending with no instrumental background their vocal was so rich and in harmony I can’t help but to remember that specific moment.
Afterwards when they dissapared backstage we kept screaming and chanting for double encore like Kiss Shita Mama last year but was a bit disappointed when they didn’t come back for one. I figured it was probably management’s decision though. My voice was already sore from screaming their name during the whole concert and was sweating too but I was really happy and wish I could see them more often.

Hello everyone, I'm MUSIC JAPAN's director, Ye Ibe.
A unprecedented event on 18 May (Monday) have carried out a record in the NHK hall.
There is no doubt that it's very first in the history of MJ (MUSIC JAPAN) where we have gathered 50 thousands over people.
We are really very grateful!!!
During the broadcasting on 24 May (Sunday), 11.30am,
The auditorium is fully seat by all the audiences,
Therefore I hope everyone look forward to it.
During the recording, Tohoshinki have also performed!
Tohoshinki, whom is currently having their tours, have extracted out some time to NHK hall despite their tight schedules.
They are really thoughtful and Junsu's injury condition,
To me, it have not totally recovered, but there isn't any problem on walking.
No matter what happen, they would definitely want to perform in a perfect condition during Tokyo Dome, in July.
On the recording day, they have also presented their awesome vocals by performing their new song "Stand By U" to us.
This new song have been estimated to be broadcasted on MUSIC JAPAN, 28 June (Sunday).

Chinese Fan Account with Junsu
I have a sister whom is a crazy Cassiopeia and she's studying in Japan. She often get to see TVXQ as they have lots of events in Japan. Recently, she have told me many things about TVXQ when she got home. I'm so jealous to the extent that I'm going crazy and the thing that makes me speechless is........
One day, it seems to be after TVXQ finished their performance, then my sister squeezed into the crowd and asked for autographs. After seeing Junsu, my sister took out a pen and paper and wrote in Japanese to Junsu, said: "Could you sign for me?". Junsu lifted his head and smiled to my sister (I want to bang the wall....). Then he said: "Of course, no problem". And my sister added a sentence, "I'm a Chinese". At this point of time where Junsu is about to sign for her, he stopped and lifted up his head and look at my sister, said: "Really? You are a Chinese?". There are lots of people over there and my sister are going to be squeezed out of the crowd. Then Junsu stepped forward and quickly signed for her. Just when he was signing, he murmured and said: "China's fan, China's..".
After finish signing, he actually prepared to return it back to my sister but he took it back and passed to Yoochun who is near him and said: "Micky, sign it, it's a China's fan book". After Yoochun signed it, Junsu look around for awhile, but the other 3 members were squeezed so far away. Junsu finally found my sister in the crowd and apologized and said: "They (Other 3 members) have gone missing, so both of us can only signed for you. If there's another chance next time, we'll then sign for you again". Then he returned the pen and book back to my sister.
The other fans started to squeeze even more ferociously after seeing someone finished signing. My sister said that she could remember very clearly of a move that Junsu does in the crowd because to make things convenient for Junsu to sign, she took the cap of the pen away. A pen without a cap would easily vandalised or drawn onto some things. So when Junsu is returning the pen, in order not to draw onto any fan, he faced the pen tip towards himself. And in order not to poke onto any fan, Junsu covered his hands with the pen and hold onto it. His clothes have been drawn for several times by the rest of the part of the pen that was exposed outside. He then released his hands when my sister stretched out her hands to him.
I've totally fall on his demeanour. I even asked my sister why did she still allow Junsu to return her the pen when there are so many people at that moment. My sister replied, "I also didn't have that intention but he keep looking and finding for me to return the pen, so how can I not taking it back?".
Actually, my sister is a Yunho's fan, but she couldn't find Yunho when she went to get the autographs. She met Junsu instead, and in the end, she was totally being attracted by Junsu's move......... She keep telling me, "Junsu totally look like an angel whom keep shining that night"........... I feel so frustrated after listening. Why didn't I have such chance to meet that good fool whom regarded Chinese as an rare animal?
